Top volleyball clubs from across the country have started arriving in Eldoret for the much-anticipated Kipchumba Karori International Volleyball Tournament, set to serve off on Friday.

‎‎Kenya Ports Authority (KPA), Chema Volleyball Club, and Kenya Pipeline are among the first teams to land in Eldoret ahead of the second edition of the tournament.

‎The tournament will run from December 19-21 at the Eldoret National Polytechnic Grounds and has already attracted several top regional teams.

‎Eldowas, the home side and one of the local favourites, will enjoy home advantage as they prepare to challenge for honours in front of their fans.

‎Organisers say more teams are expected to check in by Thursday. The tournament draw for senior teams will be held on Thursday at 6 pm at Starbucks Hotel in Eldoret.

‎With the arrival of elite clubs and a large turnout expected, volleyball fans can look forward to three days of thrilling action and high-level competition.
